Hello, the service about appointments, agreement and repairing is horrible. This is only based on repairing service people on the service counter. Also the knowledge of the people from the Service counter, I have spoken so far, is very bad. So be aware that you have to check double in case they want to repair parts on your car. They replacing things which is not always necessary. I have also the impression they like the try and error approach. Mean replacing parts before they know this parts are having a defect. I have also a Audi and bring this car also to Auto Munstad but there services is much better as by Volkswagen.

Brought my car to the express service, there was a issue with the tires they needed to be balanced again. ( this issue came after they did maintenance on my car a month earlier ) i left my car there the whole day @ the express service so they can check it. At the end of the day i went back to get my car but they didn't check my car. My car just stood the whole day at their parking spaces. i will never come back here again. i have some colleagues with similar experience at the vw muntstad. i suggest to look for an other car dealer to maintenance your car.
